MyEyeCareRecords.com easily provides patients with an electronic copy of their current problem list, medications, lab results, and all medical records. It electronically exchanges key clinical information with referring doctors and specialists, and provides patients with electronic access to their current health information and health reminders, according to their preference.

• Note: If the patient enters their information differently than it is saved in the Eye Clinic, LLC records, then they will get a “Registration Not Accepted” screen. They will need to click on the “click here” link and reenter the information exactly as the Eye Clinic, LLC has on record.
